1. Please note the £200.00 deposit for all retreats are non-refundable. In the case were you need to cancel your retreat your deposit will not be refunded.
2. Please note your flights are not part of the retreat package, you will need to purchase your own flights and send the confirmation booking to retreat host.
3. If you have any medical condition/s that may make you unsuitable to participate & or may impact on your participation at the retreat, you are required to notify us of them in full prior to making you reservation / booking.
4. Please note, you will be sent a PAR-Q form to fill out prior to the retreat departure date which must be filled.
5. Transfer fees to and from the airport are not included in the retreat price, however we will collect flight bookings and allocate you into group transfers to make the fee as cheap as possible for the attendees.
If you need to cancel any retreat with Breathe With Ease, cancellation fees apply. Any cancellation of notice must be provided in writing via email or post to breathewitheaseyoga@gmail.com. Address on request.

Please refer to following breakdown of appliance cancellation fees:
90 days or more
If you cancel 90 days, or more before the retreat start date you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date. This excludes the non-refundable deposit.
70-90 days
If you cancel 70-90 days before the start date you will be charge 50% of the full amount. This excludes the non-refundable deposit.
Less than 70 days
If you cancel with less than 70 days before the retreat start date, your retreat is non-refundable and will result in a forefit of any and all sums paid.
